Both the Nebbiolo Langhe 2018 and the Barbera d’Asti Camp d’la Bela 2017 are majestic in their powerful extraction that reveals a great tannic and spicy flavour. There’s pure fruit in the Moscato d’Asti Si Fa Sol 2019: its musty sweetnes is excellent for fragrance and clarity of expression. The best wine presented by Scagliola Giacomo & Figlio is the Barbera d’Asti La Faja 2017. It combines a mighty thickness with softness and a very clean execution. Hats off.

The 2019 vintage offers an intense and vinous aromatic nose, with fruity hints of peach and apricot, and some floral remindings of linden and hawthorn.
